A highly respected, award-winning general contractor-consistently recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’- is seeking a talented Superintendent to join its dynamic team. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC this company operates multiple offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast delivering ground-up and fit-out projects. This role would be based out of their Richmond, VA office and cover projects throughout Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations at assigned construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Lead, mentor, and manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site inspections to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, maintain detailed daily logs, and report regularly to project managers and company leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of superintendent preferably with large-scale commercial new builds and renovations.
• Experience with Industrial, Wall-Tilt or Concrete preferred
• Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
• Willingness to travel within VA as project needs dictate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
