Full-Time Contact Center Service Representative (Hybrid Remote/Onsite)

Job Summary:
As a Contact Center Service Representative, you will be a key player in assisting customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be helping resolve service inquiries, selling services, performing collections, following up on sales leads, and entering data—all while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for service inquiries and sales.
Provide customers with information on available services, including quotes, service details, and benefits.
Use consultative selling techniques to promote services and encourage purchases.
Develop a deep understanding of our services and the benefits they offer, including how weather and environmental conditions impact services.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and promote further sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the system.
Perform property measurements as needed.
Handle collections and manage accounts to maximize receivables.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays and weekday evenings.
Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and coworkers in writing and verbally.
Other duties as assigned by the Contact Center Service Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of inbound or outbound sales/customer service/call center experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
