We are looking for a 6-month Contract Technical Recruiter with tech expertise to join our dynamic team at ROI Search Group. In this role, you will be integral in sourcing, screening, and qualifying top-tier tech talent for a range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. This position is based in our Fishers office but will transition to a hybrid format after training.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top IT/IS professionals through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct recruiting efforts.
• Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with the cultural and professional requirements of potential job opportunities.
• Build and sustain relationships with candidates to understand their career ambitions, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with directors and clients to grasp their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives, ensuring a tailored recruitment approach.
• Present vetted candidates to clients, manage the interview and selection process, and function as the mediator between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to refine recruiting strategies and offer valuable insights to both clients and candidates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role, with a focus on tech positions.
• Strong understanding of tech terminology and industry trends.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing tech candidates across various seniority levels.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruiting tools.
