Service Technician
A Copier Technician serves business customers by servicing Konica Minolta, RICOH, Kyocera, and HP products for a diverse client base of commercial and or private customers. Repairs and maintains copiers in order to support our Client needs.
As a Copier Service Technician your main focus is providing the best customer service by troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining networked office equipment for our diverse clientele. Office equipment includes: digital networked copiers, scanners, laser printers, color copiers and wide format.
Required Skills:
• Excellent working knowledge of PC hardware, driver install, networking, etc.
• Ability to work with multiple service solution providers for timely service.
• Strong “start to finish” time management skills.
• Be a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, ability to think out-of-the-box and contribute to evolving industry changes.
• Demonstrate ability to work through challenges to find solutions for equipment operational and technical issues.
• Comfortable in dynamic, ever-changing environments.
Additional Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in a mechanical or technical repair position.
• Valid State driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must own smartphone with applicable calling, data and hotspot plan.
• Candidate must be a motivated self-starter, with the ability to work individually with little to no intervention.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance or 75+ pounds as a team lift with 2 or more people.
Compensation will vary upon experience.
