Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Cost Account Manager to join their team. As a Cost Account Manager, you will be part of the finance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and strong leadership qualities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cost Account Manager - REMOTE

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Oversee cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Manage inventory accounting, including amortization schedules and asset tracking.
• Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Conduct ongoing reporting and root cause analysis on financial metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and drive strategic decisions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years in the accounting field, with at least 5 years in cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring team members.
• Robust analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
