Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative at a Leading Wedding Gown Manufacturer
We are a well-established wedding gown manufacturer located in the Lawrence and Keele area, seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online interactions, phone calls, and social media engagement. As an integral part of our customer service team, you will assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Previous experience in the wedding gown or apparel industry is preferred, and familiarity with CHAT GPT technology is a plus. You should also be skilled in using social media platforms and possess strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Actively engage with customers on social media as part of our Social Media team.
Use effective telephone communication skills to convey clear and concise information to clients.
Perform additional tasks to support the customer service team as needed.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Prior experience in the wedding gown or apparel industry is a plus.
Proficient in computer skills and social media platforms.
Knowledge of CHAT GPT technology is an asset.
