Candidates seeking this position should have a range of movement knowledge and skills, including dance history, fundamentals of the major dance genres, and elements of cardiovascular fitness.  Candidates should also be creative and capable of adapting class curricula according to student abilities and interest.

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in education or in the primary teaching area is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. Transcripts must be submitted.
• Teaching experience in a Catholic or an independent school is preferred.
