Data Analyst

Looking for a Data Analyst to support optimization of a projects flow by taking large quantities of unusable data and converting it into usable dashboards. This person needs to be comfortable coming into an environment with a variety of databases and take all of the data and combine this into a useable and digestible format by running SQL queries and doing dashboarding. This person should have experience with both production data and internal data (dogfooding). This data will be coming in from consumer electronics.

Required:

• Experience working with large amounts of real time data coming in from consumer electronics (petabytes).

• Experience with both production data and internal data (dogfooding).

• 3-5 years of experience in Dashboarding, SQL Queries, Data Slicing and Data Analysis.

• Solid experience with building complex SQL queries.

• Experience with complex database schemas.

• Experience helping a team understand historical data.

• Foresight into issues with data which will cause failures and experienced with ensuring such failures are either mitigated or are very graceful as the data is always changing.

Pluses:

• Scripting is a plus.

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis of failures.

Estimated Min Rate : $60.00
Estimated Max Rate : $70.00
