The Impact You'll Make

The Data Analyst Intern will assist with transforming customer complaints and warranty data into reports that helps on driving business decisions. We are seeking a candidate who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Clean, transform, and analyze data files using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, Scripts, Macros, and advanced formulas

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track customer complaints, and quality performance indicators

• Research, develop, and explore hidden patterns through analysis of large data sets

• Develop algorithms and predictive models, validate models and measure performance

• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing line & field failures, increasing customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, and Engineering 

• Microsoft Power Automate and Office Suite skill

• Proficient in Power BI for visual storytelling and KPIs

• Strong skills in Excel for data modeling and transformation

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to details 

• Experience with machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R, or ML platforms)

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience working with large datasets and databases 

• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
