Job Description

At Connect Centric , we are more than just consultants—we are partners committed to our clients' success. We take a hands-on approach, working closely with our clients to transform strategies into measurable, real-world outcomes. As a strategy execution team, we take full ownership of every project from start to finish, ensuring that our clients see tangible results, not just ideas. Our work is grounded in heart, empathy, and accountability, and we recognize that each client is unique. Together, we achieve the most important goals by tailoring our approach to meet the specific needs of every organization we partner with.

  • Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a data strategy that supports current and future business needs. Drive initiatives to optimize data flow, integration, and utilization across all platforms.
  • AWS Data Tools Management: Utilize AWS data services such as Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, Glue, and S3 to create and manage a cohesive data environment. Ensure data tools are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Data Governance and Compliance Adherence: Ensure all data practices align with established data governance and compliance standards, working closely with teams to maintain consistency and security across the data ecosystem.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with data engineers, analysts, and business units to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Promote a unified vision for data management, fostering alignment across departments.

Technical Skills

  • Cloud Data Architecture Expertise: Extensive experience designing and implementing data architectures on AWS, including a solid understanding of distributed computing and data warehousing concepts.
  • AWS Data Tools Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AWS data services such as Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, Glue, and S3, with experience in optimizing performance and cost efficiency.
  • Data Strategy Vision: Ability to see the larger picture of data strategy, understanding how data architecture impacts business objectives and decision-making.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Familiarity with data security protocols and compliance standards, ensuring data practices adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Programming and Scripting: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar languages for data manipulation and infrastructure automation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in data architecture or cloud architecture roles, with a focus on AWS data tools and strategic data management.
