Currently, pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location. Opportunities for higher-paying research projects are available based on performance. Rates depend on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work (such as onboarding or overtime), lower rates may apply. Some projects offer incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
