Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient practice management and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Manage patient records using EHR systems and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Handle budgeting and financial management tasks, including billing and payroll.
• Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance office productivity.
• Ensure compliance with medical terminology and standards while facilitating patient care.

Qualifications

• Proven management and practice management setting
• Proficiency in EHR systems and medical administrative support
• Strong
• Experience with budgeting and fiscal management
• Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix
• Supervisory experience and human resources knowledge preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.96 - $26.69 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
