Whether it is IPD, Design-Build, or traditional GCCM delivery, the Design Manager/Integrator plays a pivotal role in setting up our projects for success. You will join a talented team of professionals dedicated to improving the traditional design delivery process through a collaborative and fully integrated approach. Design Manager Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in design management within the AEC industry 4+ years of experience successfully winning and managing design-build projects 8+ years of experience managing teams Experience with a diverse market portfolio including either healthcare, K-12, life science, or higher education Bachelor’s Degree – STEAM major; or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience Our Investment in You: We believe that benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most and should help you care for those who matter most.
