Job Description Hill International is seeking a Design Oversight Manager in Phoenix, Arizona Responsibilities - Interface and coordinate with the DB during design phase and through construction
- Interfacing with clients internal users and stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into design req'ts
- Coordinate with DB to ensure sufficiency, completeness, and quality of the work and that the Project design meets programmatic, technical and performance criteria
- During construction, assist in review of change orders and shop drawing and submittal reviews
- Assist clients internal Manufacturing Engineering (M&E) group and other stakeholders
- Support the final design and configuration of the process tooling equipment
- Scope and support the procurement of the process tooling equipment
- Identify and resolve potential scope gaps between the facility design and construction and process tooling
Qualifications - At least 15 years of experience as a licensed design professional with at least 10 years of such experience in a project management and supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with industrial or manufacturing plant construction or expansion is preferred
