As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our goods and services. Responsibilities

• Conduct door to door prospecting to introduce our services to potential customers in our market.
• Develop a sound understanding of our service offering and answers to frequently asked questions.
• Overcome objections to the service and convenience that we offer.
• Build our customer portfolio through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate to develop strategies for business development and lead generation.
• Potentially participate in cold/warm calling aimed at expanding our customer base.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and market insights, identifying market trends and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; we welcome those looking to start building their skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate service benefits clearly.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and business development practices is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about products and market dynamics will set you apart as a candidate.
