Location: On-site, 5 days a week - Monmouth County NJ

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to support sales-driving initiatives and manage inventory and financial reporting across multiple marketplaces. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, tools, and platforms, with a focus on driving success and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement E-Commerce strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Prepare weekly financial statements, sales reports, and profitability analyses.
• Manage product assortments, inventory reconciliation, and updates across marketplaces.
• Monitor and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and open cases with marketplaces.
• Track POS trends, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to boost sales.
• Execute promotional activities, optimize content calendars, and monitor listings.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure accurate pricing, product visibility, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO and Retail Media, to enhance product visibility.
• Set up and manage new items, inventory levels, and forecast sales trends.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• 3+ years of e-commerce experience, including Amazon Seller Central.
• Proficient in managing e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon and Walmart.
• Skilled in inventory management and resolving complex marketplace cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Technologically adept, with a passion for innovation in commerce.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
