Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong engineering background, preferably in electrical engineering , to lead and execute critical projects within the manufacturing operations . The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project engineering experience , demonstrating expertise in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion while ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, and procurement to drive project success.
• Oversee the implementation of electrical systems, automation, and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing resource allocation.
• Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage project documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field .
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering , preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and industrial equipment .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
