As a Elite Armed Security Officer - Part Time Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer in a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for customers and staff. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted behavior.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff and customers.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or corrections experience or possess a college degree or 5+ years of Armed security experience. 
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Must possess a Level III Armed Certification if applying for positions in Texas.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
