Summary:

The Email Marketing Specialist will play a key role in Sundance’s success. They will assist the Email Marketing Strategist in the overall success of email campaigns streamlining processes, optimizing channel performance, and reporting on channel KPI’s.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Email Marketing Strategist in management and optimization of the email/SMS channels with a focus on scaling.
• Assist with writing email subject lines and pre-headers, SMS copy.
• Email & SMS Scheduling
  • Set up & schedule emails & SMS messages in Attentive
  • Support email thread, update, coordinate and provide approvals
  • Send final email approval test
  • Add appropriate banners and rec zones
• Capture weekly screenshots to document emails
• Gathers, analyzes and reports on customer click behavior, utilizing key KPIs to predict and analyze customer behavior with future email campaigns, using a data-driven approach to all marketing campaigns.
• Track product featured in email/SMS, weekly, seasonally
• Collaborates with department leads in retail and marketing to support store openings
• Manages all triggered emails by handling seasonal updates to imaging, weekly reporting for internal usage, monthly reporting to track YoY growth, and design improvements to optimize brand engagement and customer experiences, updating coupon codes and lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 0-2 years experience with email marketing required
• Experience with Attentive or similar ESP preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is between $52,000-$57,000 per year based on experience.

This position is located onsite at our corporate office in Salt Lake City, UT. Relocation will be required if you are not local.
