Entry Level Assembler – 1st Shift | $19/hr | Temp-to-Hire

Location: West Boylston, MA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Work Environment: Cleanroom (climate-controlled, well-lit, safety-focused)

We’re hiring motivated Entry-Level or Experienced EM Assemblers to join a team that builds high-quality assemblies for critical applications. No experience? No problem! We provide hands-on paid training and a supportive team environment to help you succeed from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Build mechanical subassemblies and final products from blueprints and written work instructions
• Perform basic wiring, mechanical fitting, and assembly of precision parts
• Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and light machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly diagrams
• Conduct in-process inspections and light troubleshooting
• Work in a cleanroom environment in small collaborative teams of 2–8

What We’re Looking For

• High attention to detail and steady hands—great for assembling small parts
• Comfortable using measuring tools and following instructions
• Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Previous assembly or production experience is helpful but not required
