Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Compliance Analyst

\nReports to: Global Director of EHS
\nGENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE:
\nResponsible for identifying, developing, delivering and maintaining policies and standards. Responsible for compliance with these standards and policies within the field and manufacturing spaces. This role also prepares programs of instructions, training materials, delivers training when applicable, and evaluates team members’ understanding in partnership with the wider L&D teams and EHS teams

\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\nEducation: Associate degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Business, or equivalent.
\nExperience: 3+ years of related training and compliance experience.
\nLicenses/Certifications: Obtain and Maintain railroad safety training and certifications.
\nEducation and Experience may be used in combination to meet requirements.
\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Business, or equivalent.
\nExperience: 5+ years of related training and compliance experience.
\nLicenses/Certifications: Obtain and Maintain railroad safety training and certifications.
