We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to join our manufacturing team. This role is a key part of our commitment to fostering a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your EHS career, we encourage you to apply. We have opportunities available for individuals at all levels, from EHS Coordinator to EHS Manager, and will tailor the role to the experience and skills you bring to the table.

Your responsibilities will be shaped by your experience level but could include:

• Implementing and maintaining EHS programs and policies that comply with all local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Conducting risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Leading or assisting with incident investigations to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Developing and delivering EHS training to employees and management at all levels.
• Managing and analyzing EHS data to track performance and identify trends.
• Driving a culture of safety by promoting active employee participation and engagement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into all aspects of our manufacturing processes.

What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will have some of the following qualifications, but we recognize that experience comes in many forms. Don't hesitate to apply if you feel you are a good fit.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) are a plus, but not required.
