In this hybrid role, you will assess residential roofs, create detailed estimates, and support clients through the insurance claims process. Website: Key Responsibilities: - Field Assessments & Estimating
- Conduct on-site inspections and accurately assess roof condition and damage.
- Use tools such as EagleView, CompanyCam, and JobNimbus to document and measure.
- Prepare detailed scope-of-work estimates via Xactimate.
- Track and send client proposals using JobNimbus CRM.
- Insurance & Claims Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance adjusters.
- Interpret scopes and negotiate claim settlements.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process.
- Client Relations & Sales Support
- Present roof system options and upgrades tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide timely, clear, and professional communication.
- Use CRM tools to manage client follow-ups and documentation.
- Int ernal Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams via JobNimbus.
- Maintain accurate digital project records and task assignments.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure field work meets OSHA and company safety standards.
- Upload site photos, signed forms, and notes in a timely manner.
Qualifications: - Required
- 3+ years in residential roofing estimating or insurance adjusting.
- Proficiency in JobNimbus and Xactimate.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy structures and claims process.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred
- IICRC, HAAG, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with high-end residential roofing.
- Familiarity with EagleView, CompanyCam, or similar tools.
