Our healthcare client in Minneapolis is looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator and Brand Ambassador to expand their team! This role is: - 90% remote (you will need to come to the office for managing resources from time to time, in addition to being at onsite events) - 20-30 hours/week - 6 months with possible extension The ideal candidate: - Minimum 2 years' experience in event marketing - Strong project management skills - Must have a valid drivers license (and have access to vehicle for transportation to and from events + hauling materials within reason) - Flexible schedule, willingness to work some weeknights and weekends for events as needed In this role, you will be responsible for general event support, with a combination of back-office work and availability to support as new events surface. These events range from community festivals to special events with a local sports team. You will: - Assist in managing event materials (tents, tablecloths, signage and swag) at their office - Get their event materials into an online ordering system - Serve as the main point of contact and brand ambassador at select events, working with volunteers, vendors and event partners to foster connections in the community - Lead the organization of event storage, creating and fulfilling packing lists, and managing ongoing orders and deliveries #LI-RB1 Creative Circle
