We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing company and client events, ensuring all details are executed effectively
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure necessary arrangements
• Maintain event timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth execution
• Support on-site event management, including setup, guest assistance, and troubleshooting issues
• Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze success and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare event-related materials such as schedules, reports, and guest lists
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with company goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
