Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Process Estimating bid request documents and file set up • Estimating projects startup and alert to estimating scheduler • Upkeep for quoted project documentation and recording • Generate end of month estimating reports • Enter new orders into Epicor system • Facilitate booking process, purchase order checking process and file folder documentation once orders are received • Order hand-off documentation and file transfers electronically to the project management team. • Backlog and Bookings reports.
