Executive Office Manager & Team Leader Location Boulder, CO :

We are seeking a kick-a** Executive Office Manager to join our team! The Office Manager runs the team by hiring, on-boarding, developing, training, reviewing and terminating team members. They are responsible for leading team meetings, team trainings, and quarterly board reviews. They are also responsible for keeping the practice vital and working closely with the owner to execute their meeting roles

Responsibilities:

• Knowing and Understanding all Operations of the Practice
• Running the team
• HR (hiring/on-boarding/terminating)
• Training/Developing
• Managing Team Schedule
• Face-to-Face Customer Interaction
• Keeping Practice in a Vital State

Qualifications:

• Experience in Medical Field or Chiropractic Field
• Bachelor's Degree
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in Office Management
• Ability and Willingness to Work the Following Schedule: Monday 7am-12pm & 1pm-6:00pm, Tuesday 10am-6pm, Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 8am-12pm & 1pm-6:30pm, Friday 9am-12pm and occasional weekend hours for events and screenings that will be discussed and planned ahead of time and hours would be adjusted during the week to compensate for weekend time worked.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
