Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and more Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process Maintain accurate records of parts used and services performed Adhere to safety and quality standards Stay up-to-date on new technology and repair techniques Requirements: ~2+ years of experience in appliance repair ~ EPA certification preferred ~ Valid driver's license and clean driving record ~ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ~ Strong customer service and communication abilities About Us: Mr. Appliance of Kendall has been serving the Aurora/Naperville area for over 20 years, providing reliable and efficient appliance repair services.
