Job Description This full-time Sign Production Specialist/Installer/Graphic Designer position works on the physical production of signs. Sign assembly includes preparing substrates and using the proper machines and techniques to construct products according to written instructions. They also may install signs at times and do graphic design to prepare signs for production.
The successful candidate has:
Sign Installer 2+ years experience
Sign Production 2+ years experience
Graphic Design 3+ years experience and training in Adobe illustrator
The perfect candidate has:
Worked in a full service vinyl sign shop and can design, produce and install signs with minimal training and supervision.

Sign Production Specialist/Installer Job Summary
Machines: Epson Surecolor S60600 Vinyl Printer, Mimaki Plotter CG160FX2, KalaMistrial Laminator, Colex Sharpcut Router, CWT Applicator Table - Operate and Maintain Equipment
Software:Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Onyx RIP, Corebridge POS, Mimaki FineCut Software
Prepare signs for printing, cutting and routing
Prepare substrates for vinyl application. This includes cutting, plotting, printing, weeding, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
Install signs: Both vinyl and dimensional letters to interior and exterior surfaces.
Perform quality checks against proofs and customer requirements to ensure product is made correctly.
Work as a team player to complete orders accurately and on time with the customer service rep and graphic designer.
Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the franchisee.
Consult/interface with customers when required
Act as a backup designer and backup customer service rep at times (will train) if needed.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
