Essential competencies required before applying include: Experience: 3 years PMS: Denticon experience a plus, but not a requirement. Clinical Skills: Proficiency in assisting with dental procedures, taking X-rays, sterilizing equipment, and performing chairside duties. Must know how to make temporary crowns, Coronal polish. Patient Care: Ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and caring manner, providing comfort and reassurance during dental treatments. Infection Control: Knowledge of proper infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a safe dental environment. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and office staff, to provide efficient and high-quality patient care. Must be a team player with a can-do attitude. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively explain procedures to patients, answer their questions, and provide clear instructions for post-treatment care. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail when assisting with dental procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and following treatment plans.
