Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Family CRNP for our office located in Schuylkill County, PA to provide the full range of out-patient comprehensive medical care to patients from pediatrics through senior citizens. We are looking for an individual who believes in making a difference in their community while working alongside other passionate providers. Please visit our website at for more information.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
• Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current PA License; and Current DEA License
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
• Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.

Hours and Location:

Shenandoah Community Health Center. 624 West Centre Street Shenandoah, PA 17976

Monday: 8:00am-4:30pm

Tuesday: 10:00am-6:30pm

Wednesday: 8:00am-4:30pm

Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm

Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
