Federal Tax Manager - Partnerships PwC is looking for a Federal Tax Manager to lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and strategy for the Partnerships Tax-Domestic Tax team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate preparation of federal, state, and local corporate tax returns and supporting schedules. Manage ongoing tax audits, prioritizing multiple filing requirements. Supervise, develop, and coach tax teams, driving quality and performance. Maintain compliance with tax regulations and firm standards. Utilize technology to enhance tax processes and drive automation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Four (4) years of tax or PwC experience. Preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Preferred: CPA certification. Desired Skills Analytical, strategic thinking with strong understanding of tax systems. Project ownership and execution, ensuring planning and delivery. Leadership and mentorship of teams. Communication and conflict resolution with clients and stakeholders.
