Job Responsibilities: - Communicate daily with your team of drivers to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure on-time delivery for all freight shipments.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet companywide initiatives and objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with drivers, serving as their main point of contact for any issues they experience on the road, and supporting their professional growth within the organization.
- Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Track freight to confirm timely delivery within allotted timeframes.
Job Qualifications: - Relevant sales or management experience in the transportation industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achievement and success, with the ability to lead by example.

Job Requirements: - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.
