Responsibilities

• Administer oaths/affirmations.
• Perform acknowledgments.
• Conduct verifications on oath or affirmation (jurats).
• Witness or attest signatures.
• Note protests in limited circumstances.
• Certify or attest copies, including certifying tangible copies of electronic records.
• Fulfill other duties as provided by law.

Qualifications

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public certification. Completion of education and exam is mandatory. Notary Bond is required ($10,000: 4-year term).
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.

Job Requirements

High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Payment

$125.00$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
