The Refind, founded in 2019, is a premier location for indulging in the world of designer resale. 

We take immense pride in our exquisite collection of women's designer clothing and accessories, carefully curated from some of the most coveted closets across the country. Though we have a physical location in Seattle, Washington, we are known for our unique Live Shows (currently, we livestream approximately 30 hours per week) with an audience from around the world. In addition, thanks to our relationships with designers around the United States, our audience gets the opportunity to hear directly from these industry icons during Lives. 

We are hiring a Fulfillment Coordinator who will be responsible for 2 key areas of the business: Order Processing & Order Fulfillment 

Your love and knowledge of fashion combined with your exceptional detail oriented and a bias for action and work ethic, will be a cornerstone for your success in this role. People often comment on your ability to work in a fast paced role and juggle multiple priorities. You care about the details and are aware the small things do matter. You take pride in communicating and sharing ways to be more efficient and innovative. 

You don’t take things personally; you understand that Live shopping requires all parties to move fast, and sometimes the delivery (questions) can feel a little abrupt. Regardless of how the question is asked, or how many times it’s asked - you always choose to respond with empathy, details, and in the utmost professional manner. 

Schedule Requirement & Hourly Wage 

Tuesday through Saturday. (40 hours per week). Hourly Wage $22 - $25 p/h DOE

Deliverables you’ll be measured on: 

● Tracking all purchased items so that our customers have an exceptional experience from the Live to receiving their items. 

● Engage and establish relationships with customers via telephone, text, and email to make sure their purchases are processed in a timely manner. 

● Prepare items for shipment with the utmost respect for the customer, the reseller, and the item; the manner in which our customers receive their purchases is as important as their shopping experience - we want both to be Exceptional. 

Experience you’ll bring to the team: 

● Pursuing or have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion or Marketing (other relevant degrees will be considered). 

● Passion for and knowledge about fashion combined with a propensity for social media. 

● Exceptional organizational dexterity – you can pivot quickly between tasks (as Lives often require that) and not lose momentum or your ability to keep exceptionally detailed notes. 

● Willingness to continuously develop (yourself and others) and understand and share industry best practices. 

● Sense of humor, personal integrity, and appreciation for the power of teamwork. 

● Strong listening and interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communications. skills, and the desire and 

ability to establish meaningful relationships. 

● Not required however a plus: Luxury, Retail, E-commerce experience; ideally with a significant social media (Live) presence.
