Google Cloud Practice Lead at BairesDev We are seeking a Google Cloud Practice Lead to help lead our cloud practice. This role combines technical expertise with business development, requiring you to drive presales activities, lead project deliveries, and build Google Cloud capabilities. What You'll Do:

• Lead technical workshops and architecture planning with enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with teams to create solution proposals and roadmaps.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders through direct engagement.
• Participate in client work and technical delivery.
• Partner with leadership to build and structure the practice team.
• Design certification and training plans for teams to meet partnership requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in architecture roles.
• Experience in a consulting/services environment.
• Experience in presales support and client workshops.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in technical and strategic discussions.
• Experience designing and delivering cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and security best practices.
• Advanced level of English.
