Rocksolid Granit is looking for a skilled Granite Fabricator / Installer to join our team on a contract basis (1099). In this position, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing high-quality granite surfaces for kitchen and bath remodels, ensuring that each project meets our rigorous quality standards. Your expertise in stone cutting, shaping, and installation will be integral to delivering exceptional products that enhance our clients' spaces. You will work closely with our design and sales teams to understand project specifications and contribute to a smooth installation process. Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate granite countertops and surfaces according to project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape granite slabs using various tools and equipment.
• Install granite surfaces in residential and commercial settings with precision and care.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards during fabrication and installation.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to determine installation requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns during the installation process.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a granite fabricator and installer, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficient in using tools and machinery used in granite fabrication and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid contractor's license and insurance as required.
• 1099 Contractor position - flexibility and competitive pay based on experience.
