Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in translating creative concepts into visually compelling and polished designs, ensuring brand consistency across all materials. This role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and optimize master artwork for various formats and digital channels while ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
• Create visually engaging presentation decks, flyers, web banners, and other assets that align with Enagics marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring fresh design ideas to the table, staying current with design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Work quickly, efficiently, and independently with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, collaborating with the Los Angeles-based marketing team during business hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), PowerPoint (or Keynote), and Canva.
• Ability to adapt design work for multiple digital and print channels while maintaining attention to detail and brand integrity.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate smoothly across time zones.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
