Colton RV & Marine is a leading dealership in the RV and marine industry, dedicated to providing top-notch customer experience to help our customers make memories! We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

Essential Functions:

• Design and Development: Create visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the Colton RV & Marine brand guidelines. Along with sister companies: Airstream of Buffalo and Budget RV Outlet of Buffalo
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Software Utilization: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to produce high-quality designs.
• Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to continuously innovate and improve design strategies.
• Feedback Integration: Accept and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine designs and achieve the best results.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with event or retail driven industries
• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Work Requirements:

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for the RV and marine industry is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
