Black Butte Ranch has an immediate opening for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor.

We want to hear from you!This position reports to the Facilities & Maintenance Director and is responsible for supervising a small team of grounds maintenance staff to provide a full range of services on our 1,800-acre property in the Cascade foothills, just outside of Sisters, OR. Duties include mowing lawns, weeding, blowing, fertilizing, interacting with homeowners and guests, and operating manual and mechanized handheld cutting tools and equipment. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions and open to working a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
To be considered, you must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and be able to safely operate a variety of machinery and equipment.
This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position, working 4 x 10-hr days. Pay is from $23/hr. based on skills and experience.
