$17.00 per hour

\n\nWhat will you do in this job?:\n

Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at Kenai Fjords Tours. As a Guest Service Agent, you will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction by providing courteous service. You will greet and assist guests and provide information about the Alaska Collection by Pursuit products. You will have a range of duties and responsibilities to include:

• Assist guests in person and on the phone with information about tours and services
• Accurately capture reservations on the computer-based reservations system

\n\nWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:\n

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills
• Previous guest service experience
