Job Description

O Hairs in El Paso, TX is a Men's hair salon that caters to gentleman of all ages. We are an appointment based salon with a strong existing client base. We are looking to fill full-time and part-time positions, preferably with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide full salon services such as consultations, haircuts, styling, hot towel treatment, shampoo, scalp massages etc.
• Help to maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
• Ability to advise and recommend services based on hair care needs
• Learning and perfecting new styles and techniques
• Display exceptional customer service to assure retention

Qualifications

• Previous salon experience required
• Current state or cosmetology license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable
• Honest with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Compensation

• Competitive starting hourly rate ( based on experience and availability)
• Weekly bonuses based on individual average sales per hour
• Exceptional tips averaging over 30% per ticket.
• Flexible time off
• Additional compensation may be considered at time of hiring
• Posted wage is a total average compensation including tips and bonuses of our lowest and highest earners.
