We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aHelp Desk Analyst to join a leading Company located in the Charlotte, NC surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**

Job Responsibilities:  

• Provide first-tier technical support to end users on issues of basic computer operations, including password reset, ticket escalation, basic troubleshooting, and error messages. 
• Candidate must have the abilityto identify, research, and resolve basictechnical problems in a Windows environment. 
• Candidatewould need to have acceptable customer service skills, ability to document and track requests for assistance and escalate unresolved issues to higher level of support in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• High School Diploma, AssociatesDegree, Bachelor's Degree Some completed college course work, technical degree such as MCP/MCDST Certification and/or Comp TIA A+ Certification a plus.
• 3+ Years experience withHigh School diploma or2+ Years with an Associate's or 0+ Years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office 2016 Applications, InternetExplorer.
• Chrome and Outlook.
• Experience with Windows 7 and Windows10, Citrix, VPN andRemote access.
• Experience with HP and Dell laptop and desktop computers, along with a variety ofperipheral support.
• Ability to learn to manage Active Directory user, group andcomputer accounts.
• Experience in installation and support ofPC hardware and peripherals, such as HP printers.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies and protocols such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN client configuration. 
• Knowledge of security applications includingantivirus software. 
• Knowledge of Android, iPhone andBlackberry UEM a plus - Knowledge of SharePoint 2016 a plus.
