Overview
We are a multi-service home services HUB company, seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our appliance repairs division team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. You will work directly with customers to ensure their appliances are functioning efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other household equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Assemble and install new appliances as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

Skills

• Proficiency in appliance repair techniques with a focus on electrical systems.
• Experience in field service roles, particularly equipment repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with delivery driving practices for transporting appliances when necessary.
• Knowledge of assembly techniques for various types of appliances.

What We’re Looking For in a Experienced Appliance Technician:

• Multi-Appliances Units experience – Proficiency in all types appliances including refrigerators (traditional and smart units), Washer/Dryer machines, dish washers, microwave ovens, cooktop ovens, stoves, electric/gas systems.
• Dependability & Communication – We take pride in our work and

expect our technicians to do the same.

• Your Own Work Vehicle – You must have a reliable truck or van that fits your trade(s).
• Your Own Tools – As a professional, you’ll need your own set of tools to get the job done right.
• Smartphone – Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access and be comfortable using our in-field mobile app daily.
• Valid Driver’s License – We take pride in offering our customers trustworthiness and confidence in our brand.
• Availability – Typical work hours are 8 AM – 5 PM, but we offer flexible scheduling based on your needs and those of our customers.
