Now, we’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator / Assistant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role supporting both our internal HR operations and our client consulting work .
Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our people, projects, and clients connected and organized.
✅ Support recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation
✅ Maintain HR systems, benefits, and compliance tracking
✅ Assist consultants with project logistics, research, and deliverables
✅ Prepare polished reports, presentations, and proposals
✅ Communicate with clients and partners with professionalism and care
What You Bring
💼 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support
🎓 Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
🧩 Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
💬 A polished, professional presence and ability to handle confidential information
💡 Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
