Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing HRIS reporting, data handling, and automation processes to ensure accurate and efficient operations. Responsibilities:
• Generate, customize, and manage weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to organizational needs.
• Process data efficiently using tools such as VLOOKUPs, filtering, and advanced Excel techniques.
• Import payroll system files into Excel, format data appropriately, and prepare for reporting purposes.
• Develop and implement macros using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
• Establish and maintain a reliable File Transfer Protocol (FTP) process to send formatted data to external vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations to streamline data handling and reporting workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of both raw and processed data for reliable decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address data inconsistencies and refine reporting practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, macros, and workflows for ongoing use and troubleshooting.
• Adapt and customize reports as needed to meet evolving organizational requirements.
