Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing HRIS reporting, data handling, and automation processes to ensure accurate and efficient operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in advanced Excel functionalities and HRIS systems within the med-device assistance industry.
Responsibilities:
• Generate, customize, and manage weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to organizational needs.
• Process data efficiently using tools such as VLOOKUPs, filtering, and advanced Excel techniques.
• Import payroll system files into Excel, format data appropriately, and prepare for reporting purposes.
• Develop and implement macros using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
• Establish and maintain a reliable File Transfer Protocol (FTP) process to send formatted data to external vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations to streamline data handling and reporting workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of both raw and processed data for reliable decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address data inconsistencies and refine reporting practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, macros, and workflows for ongoing use and troubleshooting.
• Adapt and customize reports as needed to meet evolving organizational requirements.
