The Global Operational Risk Oversight organization within Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for identifying and managing risk across all processes and geographies at American Express. The Manager, Human Capital will be part of the GRC organization and will report to the Director, Human Capital Risk Management. The incumbent will be responsible for the oversight of Human Capital risk. The incumbent will lead a team of risk professionals in India and will be responsible for establishing Human Capital risk management policy and standards, effectively challenging processes, policies, strategies, frameworks and governance procedures devised by first line teams to manage Human Capital risks, and monitoring and reporting independent risk assessment. We are seeking an experienced leader to be a part of this exciting journey.

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
