As they expand, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Commissioning Project Manager , or one who has the experience, skills, and knowledge to become one, to join their team and lead commissioning projects to success!

As a project manager for our client, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing out HVAC commissioning projects to ensure our clients' systems operate efficiently and meet their specific requirements. You will collaborate with a team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC commissioning projects, from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and timelines
• Read and understand detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Perform on-site inspections and testing to verify system performance and troubleshoot/diagnose issues
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, water and mechanical systems, equipment, and controls
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00AM - 5:00PM
