About This Role:

In this position, you play a crucial role in helping our operations run smoothly. You will be asked to provide excellent customer service to our clients while making sure our technicians have all the information they need to get to their appointments on time and complete their tasks efficiently. You will communicate with our clients to collect extremely important information for both scheduling appointments and aiding our technicians while on the job. As the dispatcher, you accurately relay all the information to the technicians as well as keep customers up to date with unavoidable schedule changes.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer calls promptly, schedule appointments, and assign qualified staff to perform work while ensuring clear communication with clients.
  • Increase revenue by using customer service techniques, problem-solving skills, and account management for both new and established clients.
  • Set, review, and monitor performance goals, seeking assistance when needed to ensure objectives are met.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and follow up on messages to ensure prompt and effective service.
  • Be proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite to effectively manage tasks and communication.
