Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain enterprise IAM solutions including identity lifecycle management, provisioning/de-provisioning, access certifications, and role-based access control.
• Integrate IAM systems with cloud and on-prem applications (e.g., Azure AD, Office 365, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Perform regular access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting to meet regulatory and security requirements.
• Develop and enforce identity security policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and access requests in coordination with IT teams.
• Participate in IAM-related projects such as migrations, upgrades, and implementation of new tools.
• Document processes, technical configurations, and create user guides or training as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in IAM, Identity Governance, and Administration (IGA).
• Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar.
• Knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and other identity standards and protocols.
• Experience in regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CISM, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), or similar.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for IAM operations.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
